The indicator RUN/ALM seems red, that means the CCUE board is faulty. Could you please connect to the console port, try to port on the device, and check what information is output? Normally, if the system software is abnormal, you can restart the device. If the problem cannot be solved, replace the CCUE board.

If frequently have this issue , suggest replace the board and check again
