If you used the Huawei virtualization disaster recovery scheme, the following pieces of advice will be useful to you.
The following suggestions are based on the array replication disaster recovery scheme. Before you create the virtualization protection group, it is reccommended to complete these basic preparation steps:
1. all LUNs based on the datastore which VMS is hosted on must be in the same remote replication consistency group;
2. these LUNs must have already finished the data synchronization between the PR and DR sites;
3. you should refresh the status information of the storage and FusionCompute on UltraVR before you start to create a new virtualization protection group;
4. our latest UltraVR version V100R003C10SPC810 only supports the protection of 256 VM's in one protection group. So, in your current remote replication consistency LUN group, the number of VM's will not exceed 256.
