If the recording is lost, you need to check whether the camera is not recorded, whether the video is not uploaded to the VCN, or whether the VCN cannot store the recording.
Please perform the following steps to check the fault:
1. Check whether the disk space is full. Check the disk full coverage logic.
2. Check whether the recording plan is set correctly and whether a recording plan exists in the search time segment.
3. Check whether the hard disk status is normal.
4. Check whether the system time is inconsistent with the device time.
5. Check whether the video cannot be sent back to the VCN due to network exceptions.
6. Check the power supply of the camera.
7. Check the DCG and MU logs. Check whether the DCG receives the 0x0501 flow request from the MU.
8. Request R&D assistance.
