The reason for the failure of optical layer path (OCh) routing calculation may be ().

A. Incorrect fiber connection
B. The wavelength of the OUT board port on the WDM side is inconsistent with the optical cross wavelength
C. The network layer OTS path is unavailable
D. The optical attenuation between the TDC and RDC ports on the OAU board is too large
