The realization of access restrictions within the GPON community

I want to put a server inside the GPON FTTH cell so that all users in the cell can access, but these users cannot access each other through OLT. 

This server also uploads an ONT like a user to connect to the OLT. Because according to the GPON settings, the ONTs are isolated from each other by default , so the ONTs connected to the server and the user ONTs are also isolated from each other. So how do I need to configure ONT and OLT to achieve such communication?

Do you mean that the ONTs connected to an OLT cannot access each other?

To solve this problem, you can configure the same service VLAN for the ONUs connected to the OLT and bind the ONUs to a VLAN profile. Layer 2 communication can be enabled in the configuration file.
