Problem Description
The installation cannot be shared even though the registered user's email address is correctly entered. Information: ,,Contact information incorrenct or not verified’’ pops up.

Problem Analysis
The displayed information suggests checking the email address. Is it correct and verified. The address has been checked and is correct. The next step is verification in the customer’s account.
Cause
After entering the personal settings (System -> Personal Settings -> Modify Personal Info), it turned out that the customer did not verify his email address on his account. This is the cause of the problem sharing the installation with this user.

Solution
The solution to the problem is to verify the email address on the user's account.
You have to enter your personal settings (System -> Personal Settings -> Modify Personal Info) and then click verify.

In the window that appears, click ,,send code'' to send the verification code to your e-mail address. Then enter the code that we received in the email verification code field.

After clicking OK, our email is already verified.

After verification, each installation can be shared to a given user without any problems.
Important: It is worth remembering that without verification of the e-mail address, the user will not be able to log into his account using the e-mail address and will not be able to define push notification.
