Hello All,

Please help me with the following:

My PTZ camera cannot be powered on. What should I do?

Hi, feixue

If the power of an IPC is supplied from power over Ethernet (PoE), the power supply device or network cable may be faulty.
If the power of an IPC is supplied from power supply cables, the power supply cables, power supply adapters, or power plugs or sockets may be faulty.
If the PTZ camera cannot be powered on after the fault is rectified, the PTZ camera may be faulty. In this case, replace the PTZ camera.
