The PTZ camera can't be controled.

Hi,guys .

how to slove this problem.

The camera connect the VCN server abnormal.

The PTZ camera can't be controled.

Hi, Cloud_X!

Possible reasons:

1. The type of camera does not have the correct choice in the IVS client.

2. Change the camera type on the IVS client and control again.
