The problem of server dual network card redundant backup

Whether the Huawei server network card driver management software can realize the dual network card, redundant backup function, not the aggregation function. It requires dual network cards with the same ip, one works, the other does not work for backup, the first one has a problem, and the second starts in time. Bond - Mode 1 has this function under linux, but the server requires a Windows system. I don't know if Huawei hardware can do this function.
