The system will automatically control the rate based on policies to restore the video communication smoothness when the packet loss exceeds the threshold.
Ways in which IRC ensures accurate network traffic:
1. calculating the received video and audio in real time;
2. using a specific algorithm based on the obtained packet loss ratio;
3. after obtaining the network traffic, the system can approriately decrease or increase the transmission rate.
