Hi, all.

When a TE40 terminal is holding a conference, the presentation cannot be shared, and a message is displayed, indicating that the conference does not have the presentation capability. What can I do?

Check whether H.239 is enabled. If it is disabled, enable it and restart the conference.
Check that the conference is not a SIP conference with Microsoft unified communications systems.
This type of SIP conference does not support presentations.
