1. Run the display alarm history alarmed 0x02310000 command to query the alarm history. Check whether the 0x02310000 the communication between the board and the control board fails alarm is generated.

If the alarm is generated, handle it according to the handling procedures for the 0x02310000 the communication between the board and the control board fails alarm. Go to 7.

If the alarm is not generated, go to 2.


2. Check whether an optical fiber or a network cable connects to the uplink Ethernet port.

If an optical fiber connects to the uplink Ethernet port, go to 3.

If a network cable connects to the uplink Ethernet port, go to 4.


3. Check the optical fiber.

If the optical fiber is not properly connected to the port, reconnect it properly. Go to 5.

If the optical fiber is worn out, bent, or damaged, replace it. Go to 5.

If the optical fiber connector is dirty, clean it. Go to 5.

If none of the preceding situations exist, go to 7.


4. Check the network cable.

If the network cable is not properly connected to the port, reconnect it. Go to 5.

If the network cable is worn out or damaged, replace it. Go to 5.

If the cable connector is dirty, clean or remade it, or replace the cable. Go to 5.

If the cable sequence is incorrect, remade the connector or replace the cable. Go to 5.
