According to the version you provide, this may be a known problem.
You can upgrade to the latest version to solve the problem.
Before the upgrade, you are advised to check whether the NTP configuration is correct.
Please do as follows.
1. Log in to the OMU to configure the synchronization of the time with the NTP server as per the below diagram:

2. Configure the
Parameter Name as
NTPIPC and set the value to 1.
