Hello, all! Have a good day! When the Speed Dome IPC6512-Z30 is connected to the Pick-up, there is no sound. How can I check it? Anyone help? Thanks!

  • Please check the configured video type of the speed dome. Please choose Integrated Flow as the video type.

  • Please check whether the electrical specification of the Pick-up is matched with the speed dome.

Issue Description
There is no sound after the speed dome is connected to the pick-up.

NOTE:
This FAQ may occur on IPC6512-Z30, IPC6522-Z30, and IPC6622-Z30.
Solution
The possible reasons are following.
Please check the configured video type of the speed dome. Please choose Integrated Flow as the video type.
Please check whether the electrical specification of the Pick-up is matched with the speed dome.
