The personalized data configuration didn't take effect, where is wrong?

Hello, guys.
There is another issue which confused me. I have referred the to perform the personalized data configuration on VMS side, but after i verified many times, it didn't take effect. where is wrong?
My VDI ver : V100R006C20SPC103
My VM OS: Win7 Ultimate x64 sp1

I made ke a fullcopy VM template. the simple steps is like this: 1.Install new OS image after create a new VM. 2.install many more third-party applicaton and software on this VM. 3.shutdown it, then copy it to another new VM, run the VM deployment tool to make it as the fullcopy template. 4.based on this VM template, then distribute several new fullcopy VM. 5.refer the guide to confugre the personalized data on ITA. Any wrong or omission step ?

You should choose the "personalized data management" when you run the template deployment tool.
