Problem description

For a certain OSN 3500 NE, the performance monitoring function cannot be enabled on the U2000. Each time you attempt to enable the performance monitoring function, the Operation failed dialog box is displayed. In the NE Explorer, choose Function > Performance > NE Performance Monitor Time, and then click Ok. The Operation failed dialog box is displayed, in which "Monitoring time error, Error Code: 69635" is displayed.   

Handling procedure

This problem is caused by the inconsistency between the time on the T2000 and the time of the OSN 3500 NE.

Solution

1. Synchronize the time on the T2000 to the time of the OSN 3500 NE.

2. Re-enable the performance monitoring function of the OSN 3500 NE on the U2000.
