In the following post I will introduce the solution to the issue that the packet loss data of the NLog cannot be viewed.
[Problem description]
SMC2.0 failed to query the site network data in the conference list. The system displays that it fails to view the network data, please contact the administrator.
[Troubleshooting]
The NLog module fails to be loaded because the NLog folder is not loaded successfully. The possible cause is that the NLog folder is too large.
Perform the following operations to reload the NLog module:
1. Stop the conference server. Back up the NLog file and then delete it.

2. Restart the conference server (the NLog file will create itself when the conference starts. So, you do not need to copy the files backed up in 2).

The NLog module fails to be loaded because the NLog folder is not loaded successfully. The possible cause is that the NLog folder is too large.
