The OSN 3800 NE ID conflicts with another NE ID

HI engineer!


The NE is intermittently disconnected due to the ID conflict of the OptiX OSN 3800. Please provide a solution for me.

Hello, DAYTOY! 

 You can disable the DCC of the upstream station of one station so that the DCC can be directly managed by the NMS (services will not be interrupted).

  Change the ID of the online device on the U2000. After the modification is complete, open the DCC of another NE. 

 After the unreachable NE goes online, upload the data again.
