Problem description
The OSN 3500 reports ne_sf_lost (NE software is lost). Issue :sys_get_nesoftver and :sftm_get_nesoftver to query. Both sets of NE software exist. Then contrast files in the /osf1/hwx and /osf2/hwx directories. All files are consistent.

Handling procedure
During NE software upgrading for the OSN 3500, the previous NGSDHBIOS_V9.09.31T04.hwx file is not changed to extbios.hwx. Therefore, after SCC resetting, the SCC fails to find the extended BIOS file with the same name in 3500.ini and reports ne_sf_lost.

Solution
T Delete the NGSDHBIOS_V9.09.31T04.hwx file in previous /osf1/hwx and /osf2/hwx directories. Change the file to the extbios.hwx format and then re-upload it. Reset the NE. The alarm disappears. You can also use FTP to log in to the equipment and then change the file name directly to solve the problem.
