If multiple boards report AA alarms and an SCC board reports AA alarms at the same time, handle the causes of SCC exceptions first.
According to your screenshot, the same alarm is reported on a CTU board. You are advised to perform the following operations:
1. Performa cold reset on the SCC board in slot 78. Normally, because the board in slot78 is standby, a cold reset on the board does not affect services. To preventaccidents, it is suggest that performing the cold reset in the maintenancewindow.
2. If COMMUN_FAIL alarms persist after the cold reset is performed on the board inslot 78, replace the SCC board in slot 78 (RFC is required).
3. If alarms persist after the board in slot 78 is replaced, perform a cold reset onthe SCC board in slot 70.
