After a user right-clicks an interface on the NMS to view the optical power, the user cannot view the optical power of the link.
Handling Process
According to the recent operation of the device, the customer replaced the optical module of the device. The description of the optical module was not synchronized on the NMS. As a result, the optical interface was displayed as an electrical interface. As a result, the optical power cannot be queried.
According to the cause of the problem, you can right-click the NE and choose Synchronize NE Data and Synchronize NE Description from the shortcut menu to view the optical power of the link.
Solution
After performing operations on the device, you need to synchronize data to the device on the NMS and then perform other operations. Data is not synchronized, errors may occur, or some functions cannot be implemented.
