1. Click Faule Info Collection. After you click Faule Info Collection, the devices are added to this module.
2. Select devices. Select the devices whose information needs to be collected. You can collect the fault information of multiple devices at a time.
3. Click Collect to start the collection. You can stop the task during the collection. After the task is complete, you can view and export the collected information.
