Procedure
- Log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client as the admin user and access the Live Feed tab page.
- Double-click an online camera in the Cameras panel
or drag the online camera to a video pane. You can view the live video, as shown
in Figure
1.

- Repeat 2 to
select some devices for inspection and check whether the live video viewing
service of the cameras is normal.
- If the live video image is properly displayed, the live video viewing service is normal.
- If symptoms such as artifacts and image freezing occur on the live video image, refer to huawei to rectify the fault.
Troubleshooting
This section describes how to troubleshoot artifacts or image freezing faults generated during live video viewing.
Log
in to the camera web page on the computer where the C/S client is installed and
check the live video viewing service.
- If artifacts or image freezing occurs, check whether the network is normal.
- If no, contact the network supplier.
- If yes, the camera is faulty. Then, contact the camera vendor.
