The ONT external network port under 5680T is normal and the internal network port fails.

ONT under 5680T has 4 eth ports, of which ports 1 and 2 are the external network (VLAN3000), and ports 3 and 4 are the internal network (VLAN200 and VLAN202). The WiFi SMS authentication system and its supporting AP have been added in the first two months. Two ONT ports, because the host of this system is not in ours, a new VLAN (4001) is added to the 3 ports of these two ONTs. After the power outage and restarting the device two days ago, a part of the ONT intranet was found, the mouth (3, 4) is not working, all methods have been tried, but it is not working, ask the expert for help!
