This is a case about the OMU cannot be logged in to, and the service port cannot be pinged.
Problem description
After the VCN3020 service port is connected, the indicator is off. In addition, services port cannot be pinged.
Users cannot log in to the OMU.

Handing process
Change the network cable, but the service port indicator is still off and the services port cannot be pinged. But the management port is normal.
Before the problem occurs, the device is powered off unexpectedly.
Log in to the KVM to check the startup. The system is not properly entered. Instead, the file repair page is displayed.

Enter the password(password) to access the page for restoring files.

Enter the fsck.ext3/dev/sda* command. (The asterisk (*) is the number 1 to 11. Each number must be entered once.)
You need to enter commands for 11 times in total. If the files need to be repaired, the system will prompt you whether to repair them. Press Enter and press Y when the system prompts you whether to repair the fault.
Partitions that do not need to be repaired are directly skipped. It takes about 5 minutes in total.
After the fault is rectified, run the reboot command to restart the server.
Root cause
The file restoration page is displayed due to abnormal power-off of the system.
