Dear team,

I have this problem:

1. The OceanStor 5300 V5 cannot log in to DeviceManager.

2. The PC can ping the storage management port and directly connect the PC to the storage device.

3. SmartKit can inspect storage devices.

How do I check this?

Daer Phany,
If your browser is compatible. Please you can follow this:
1. Check whether any error is reported during the inspection.
2. Clear the browser cache.
3. Use another browser.
Thank you.
Have a nice day!

Hello user hope it can help:

The DeviceManager is compatible with multiple types of operating systems and browsers. However, the partially compatible browsers cannot provide guaranteed ease-of-use experience for using the DeviceManager. Table 3-1 lists the operating systems and browsers compatible with the DeviceManager.

Daer Phany,
Check whether any error is reported during the inspection. What error is reported during login? What browser did you use to log in? Thank you.
