I have shared some content about installing iClient S100 and adding IVS1800 to iClient.
But sometimes, when you log in to iClient after adding IVS1800, you may encounter a problem like the title. So, that is what I want to share today.
Problem description
When login to the iClient S100, the system prompts that the number of online users of the same account exceeds the maximum.
Product information
9.0.0.SPC1 and earlier versions
Reason
The iClient S100 uses RESTful interfaces and OneSDK interfaces to connect to the IVS1800. Therefore, the number of concurrent login users must be greater than 2.
Solution
Log in to the OMU portal.
Choose Users > Manage User.
Click Add User to add a user to connect to IVS1800.
The Multi-point Logins should be greater than 2.
