When attempting to add more cameras, a message is displayed indicating that the number of connected cameras has reached the upper limit.

Can you help me to resolve it?

The number of local domain cameras that can be connected to the CloudIVS 3000 R019C10SPC100 is controlled by the license. By default, only 10 cameras can be connected if no license is imported.

There are two methods to resolve it!

  1. Import the license.

  2. Upgrade to CloudIVS 3000 V100R019C10SPC130. In this version, the number of local domain access channels is no longer controlled by the license.
