Step 1:
Check that LdapAuthType is configured as AUTO on the ITA server /opt/ITA/tomcat/ita/WEB-INF/conf/system/SystemConf.xml.
Step 2:
Check the office point AD configuration; the LDAP server signature is configured to be required.
Step 3:
Check that the SASLQualityOfProtection is configured as auth on the ITA server /opt/ITA/tomcat/ita/WEB-INF/conf/system/System.properties.
Step 4:
Change the SASLQualityOfProtection of the ITA server to /opt/ITA/tomcat/ita/WEB-INF/conf/system/System.properties to auth-int, restart the ITA service and change the password again through WI.
