The newly deployed OSN1500 device fails to query the physical slot

When an OSN1500 device is newly deployed in an office, the NE is manually created through the network management. When the physical slot is inquired, the physical slot (including the main control board itself) cannot be displayed. The query via the command line: cfg-get-phybd returns failure. The NE can not be created.

Ask for help please.
