Problem Symptom
When uploading the software upgrade package, the network is intermittently disconnected in seconds. As a result, the Socket connection may be timed out and the upgrade package may fail to be uploaded. When uploading the software installation package, the data streams are interrupted upon a web page refresh. The upload fails, and all information about the software installation package is lost upon another web page refresh.
Problem Diagnosis
Check the run log (/var/log/deploy/console/run/servicetool_console.log) of the console. The log contains record Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. Exception logs of the java.net.SocketTimeoutException.
Causes
Second-level network intermittent disconnection or packet loss may cause both the client and server are waiting for messages sent from each other during software package upload. As a result, data transmission is suspended, the Socket connection times out, and the software package fails to be uploaded.
Solution
Upload the software package again. Do not refresh the page during software package upload.
