The NE is unsynchronized on eUDC

I received this alarm: 2502 The NE is unsynchronized This alarm occurs when the data of a NE and the eUDC are different. This alarm clears when the data is synchronized. In this case i suggest to follow the below procedure: - If the unsynchronized NE is the fixed network–oriented eCN or the fixed network–oriented eMDC. Log in to the eUDC660 Management System. Choose Networking > Zone Management > Device Management and click Synchronize next to the desired NE. - If the unsynchronized NE is the fixed network–oriented eMRS. Log in to the eUDC660 Management System. Choose Networking > MRS Management > MRS Equipment and click Synchronize next to the desired NE. I hope this issue is helpful for you
