Do you mean when user A makes a call to user B, user B's name is displayed on user A's phone?
if yes, please check the configuration of CONP service.
Configuring the Unified Gateway
Log in to the U1900 series unified gateway using the CLI and access the Config mode.
Activate the connected name identification presentation (CONP) service for a user.
config modify subscriber

Configuring an IP Phone
Access the web management page of an IP phone as an administrator.
Choose Advanced > SIP Signaling.
Set PAI Header Field to Enable.

Click Save.
Enabling Software Parameter 395
In the scenario where calls are routed through the SIP trunk, you must enable software parameter 395 to implement the CONP service.
Log in to the U1900 series unified gateway using the CLI and access the Config mode.
Enable software parameter 395.
config softargu type 395 value 1
When software parameter 395 is set to 1, messages sent by the SIP trunk carry the PAI header field; when software parameter 395 is set to 0, messages sent by the SIP trunk do not carry the PAI header field.
Run the save command to save the configuration.
