The multi-port voice gateway for government and enterprise

Hi, the problem is very simple, but it is bothering me now. I have been using MA5675M before, but there are only 8 voice ports at most. Now if there are more than 8 voices, what device should I choose?

MA5675M can configure SIP on the telecom side very well. What other devices have more voice ports, such as 32 channels and 64 channels.

Now I need 20 external phones. If I follow the telecommunications construction plan, I need 20 optical modems. I mean, is there any device that can have more than 20 voice interfaces. MA5675M can, but there are only 8 interfaces. Thank you!
