The MU module offline on VCN 500

This post is regarding the MU module being offline on VCN 500. Please see below how to tacklet this issue.

Issue

The MU module is offline on VCN 500. After reboot, it will work for some time, but the issue will occur again.

After checking, we found spam data not deleted automatically.

1. Delete the video residual data that has expired in March, including index files and database records.

2. The expired videosfiles themselves have been automatically deleted by the system, but the indexfiles and database records are left behind and the system will not functionproperly.

3. Therefore, we need to clean up this part of the data to ensure the normal operation of the service.
