Symptom
It takes more than 10 minutes to recreate the RAID group on the OMU portal. If you check the module status after the RAID group is recreated, you find that the MU is in offline state.
Possible Cause
Too much data was stored in original disks in the RAID group, so it takes a long period of time (exceeding the OMU process keepalive duration) to recreate the RAID group.
Solution
- Log in to the OMU portal of the server.
- Choose and recreate the RAID group.
- After the RAID group is recreated, choose and check the MU module status.
- If the MU is in normal state, the fault is rectified.
- If the MU is in offline state, go to the next step.
- Manually restart the MU and go to the next step.
- Check whether the fault is rectified.
