The meaning of Licence RTU-Link capacity(Per IF) & Bandwidth Accelerator License(Per IF).

It means the NE license is exhausted.
1. Choose Inventory > Microwave Report > Microwave Centralized License Report from the main menu (traditional style); alternatively, double-click Fix-Network NE Configuration in Application Center and choose Inventory > Microwave Report > Microwave Centralized License Report from the main menu (application style). Check the capacity and consumption of the microwave NE license.
2. If license consumption exceeds license capacity, reduce consumption or apply for licenses with larger capacity.

License Control Mechanism

The service features and resource capabilities of a system are controlled by licenses, and the actual service capabilities of the system depend on the licenses obtained by users.

Initially Loading a License

After a license file is initially loaded or updated, the license file is imported to the NMS, and the NMS verifies information such as the product name in the license file and matches the ESN. The verification and matching results determine the result and status of the license file to be imported.

License Control Principles

License control is classified into function control and resource control. Function control determines whether a function can be used, and resource control determines the number of resources that can be used.

During device running, corresponding resources, services, and functions are enabled based on the feature items in a license file.

After corresponding resources, services, and functions are deleted or disabled, the license is released.

The NMS collects statistics on license usage. If the license usage exceeds the threshold, an alarm will be reported. This alarm is cleared after a new license is obtained and imported.
