You can do the following operations:
1. Check whether the server process is normal.
2. Check whether the transmission between the terminal and the server is normal.
3. Check whether the IP address obtained by the terminal
4. Check whether the DNS resolution is normal.
Generally, your problem is caused by the above reasons. If all items checked are normal, create an eCare ticket and contact the TAC for further analysis.
