The listening terminals do not respond

Hi dear,
To analyze the problem, perform the following operations:

1. Check whether the Adaptive Multirate (AMR) of the eMDC and the eCN are configured the same.
2. Check whether the tracking area codes (TACs) of the cells in an eNodeB overlap.
3. Check whether the ultra-long-distance coverage function is enabled for the eNodeB. If this function is enabled, verify whether the start and end frames are correctly
4. Check the configuration. If the configuration is not correct, modify the frames based on the user guide of the ultra-long-distance coverage.
