【Problem description】
A customer feeds back that the SMC license becomes expired after the SMC2.0 has been upgraded from V6R6C10SPC900 to V6R019C00SPC200.
【Problem analysis】
Locatde the license backup file from the SMC server (D:\Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd\Converge Gateway\bin\license_smc.dat)
Tried importing the license_smc.dat file on the SMC interface and found that the import had failed.
Tip: The license base package cannot exceed one.
By confirming, the V6R019 version has begun to limit the licenses that contain multiple base packages. Mainly refers to the license with LVCSMCBASIC01 value greater than 1.
For this type of license, you can only import it into the SMC system after you perform the following steps.
a) Modify the database configuration item LicenseSoftwarePackage (whether the license base package check is enabled) to false:

b) After restarting the SMC related service or server, re-import the license to recover.
