This post features the issue that the IVS client shows the 999115450 error. Please find the solution below.
Problem description
The customer said that they had a VCN540. Whenever they view the live feed and push the video on the video wall, the IVS client shows '999115450'.
Version: V100R002C30SPC201.
Problem analysis
1. We checked the MU module and found that it was running.
2. We tried to restart the MU module. After the restart has completed, we viewed the live feed again and it was OK now.
Root cause
We collected the logs, but the logs show 1 hour of content. When we collected the logs again, the customer agreed to close this ticket, so we did not find the root cause.
Solution description
We tried to restart the MU module. After the restart has completed, we viewed the live feed again and it's OK now.
And we recommend upgrading the version to V100R002C30SPC207.
