Please Perform the following steps:
Check whether the client runs as an administrator.
Step 1 Log in to the OMU portal of the server on the PC where the C/S client fails to be upgraded.
If you can log in to the OMU portal, contact Huawei TAC.
If you cannot log in to the OMU portal, go to the next step.
Note:
The automatic upgrade of the C/S client is implemented by accessing the URL of the OMU portal.
Step 2 Open the Windows Internet Explorer browser and choose Tools > Internet Options.
Step 3 On the Connection tab page, click LAN (LAN) Settings to check whether the proxy server is used.
If the proxy server is not used, contact Huawei TAC.
If the proxy server is used, go to the next step.
Step 4 Select the proxy server (B) that skips the local address.
Step 5 Click Advanced. In the Exceptions area, add the network segment where OMU portal resides.
Step 6 Click OK to complete the setting of the proxy server.
Step 7 Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. Otherwise, contact Huawei TAC.
You can try to log in to the VCN background via SSH and download an installation package.
Note: The IVS client version must match the VCN version.
