Installation Check
This topic describes the items to be checked after you install the subrack of OSN devices.
After being installed, the subrack must meet the following requirements:
- The idle slots on the subrack must be free of foreign articles and water stain.
- The screws must be tightened.
- The appearance of the subrack should be tidy. It should also be free of scratches, loose components, or damage.
- The connectors on the subrack system backplane must be intact and tidy, and free of bent or distorted pins.
- The removed wire-binding part must have been properly re-installed.
- The subrack must be properly grounded.
- The front panel must be installed to cover the empty slot.
- The fiber routing trough must not be damaged and must be connected firmly with the subrack.
