Hi, all!
Good day to you!

IPC: IPC6285-VRZ-VC V200R003C30SPC001

Handling Process
Collect the VCN DCG log.
Collect the IPC one-click collection log.
Check the DCG log, there is IP camera offline cause by password .but the customer didn't change anything.
Check with risk alerting, find this issue was caused by a software bug. It need an update to V100R002C50SPC209 or later
Root Cause
During message parsing by the HWSDK client, memory space is not reset before cyclic use of the memory. As a result, the HWSDK client reports an error indicating incorrect password to the DCG by mistake. This problem occasionally occurs.
After the DCG receives the error indicating incorrect password, the DCG triggers the lock mechanism and no longer sends registration messages to the camera.
Solution
Workaround solution: follow the SDK password change procedure on VCN, But didn't change password really.
final solution: Update the VCN to V100R002C50SPC209 or later.
