Problem description
After the SUN2000-196KTL-H0 inverter software is upgraded, the SUN2000-196KTL-H0 server occasionally displays a message indicating that the inverter is shut down and displays all alarms in the alarm list.
The on-site networking mode is SUN2000-196KTL-H0 inverter, measurement and control, and Nanrui monitoring. Modbus-RTU protocol is used between the inverter and the T&C. It is forwarded by iec104 between the TT&C and Nanrui monitoring.
Handling Method
Check whether the inverter logs contain abnormal alarms or abnormal shutdown information.
Check the messages between the SUN2000 and the T&C to see whether the shutdown status is reported.
3. Handling Procedure
Abnormal shutdown and alarms are not recorded in inverter logs
There is a MODBUS message between the inverter and the T&C. The T&C will ask the status of the inverter. When the device status register 7D00 -> 32000 is queried, the returned value is 0006 (from bottom to top). The binary value is 0110, and both bits 1 and 2 are 1. Indicates grid-tied and normal grid-tied
When the server shuts down, the inverter shuts down status is not detected in the messages between the SUN2000 and the T&C
The field engineer reports that the problem is solved after the communication module between the measurement and control end and the background is upgraded
4. Summary
When analyzing remote signaling, telemetry, and abnormal shutdown problems on the background, check the packet data of the entire link and locate the problems by segment.
