I buy a M2221-QL camera, but after I install it, the image from it has a red cast.

Where should I set?

Hi,
Please check whether the camera protective film is removed.
The cameras are delivered with dedicated protective films to protect the viewing window during transportation and installation. After the installation is complete, remove the protective films.

Did you use a reddish light?
The color cast may be caused by the following reasons:
If the white balance color correction is inaccurate, this will result in persistent discoloration of images.
If color distortions occur during color reproduction, the hue or saturation of certain objects will be abnormal.
If the camera ICR is not switched to the color mode, images generated in the daytime will appear purple and red.

You can adjust the white balance and chrominance saturation on the camera web interface.

please make sure there is expose of light in the room or near the camera.
Check the environment arround the camera.
