The topic describes the solution to the HTTPS webpage cannot be displayed on IE.

Symptom

The HTTPS web page cannot be displayed on Internet Explorer.

Possible Cause

This problem is caused by the settings of Internet Explorer.

Solution

Open Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and deselect the Use SSL 2.0 under Security.
