possible cause:The device certificate on the IP phone does not match that on eSight or the IP phone's system time is different from its device certificate
Solution:
View the device certificate on the IP phone,and compare ti the esight certificate
- On the phone web page, choose Advanced > Certificates.
- On the phone login screen, choose More > Network > Status > Certificates > Device Certificate.
- On the phone home screen, choose Apps > Status > Certificates > Device Certificate.
View the validity period of the IP phone's device certificate.
- On the phone web page, choose Advanced > Certificates.
- On the phone login screen, choose More > Network > Status > Certificates > Device Certificate.
- On the phone home screen, choose Apps > Status > Certificates > Device Certificate.
Or
Manually set the system time of the IP phone on the Date and Time screen or web page.
