Hi dear:
You need to know how to initiate a service on the eDC.
There are some prerequistites as follows:
•        The headset and microphone of the eDC are properly connected.
•        The eDC user has subscribed to a group.
•        The eDC user has registered with the specified group. For details, see "Registering Groups" in eUDC660 Product Documentation.
•        The number of concurrent voice services for an eDC user is less than 30.
