the fusionAccess login error.

when i login the fusionAccess it show me the error "6040 Your username or password may be entered incorrectly. Please try to recover as follows." how i can solved it?

Hi!

Error code description
 
After the server obtains the username and password from the HDC, the authentication fails when the authentication is performed.
 
Possible reasons
 
  • The virtual machine is shutting down or restarting, or staying in the shutdown/restart interface for a long time.

  • There is a problem syncing between Ads

  • Virtual machine logout AD

  • Check to check if the virtual machine IP or dns IP has been changed.

Approach
 
  • Check if the virtual machine is stuck in the shutdown or restart interface.

  • Check if the copy between ad is normal.

  • Check the virtual machine IP and dns configuration through the command line ipconfig /all

  • VNC logs in to the VM and has the following error message (de-domain)
